Picturesque large 150x100 fully landscaped cul-de-sac lot situated in the quieter part of Wasaga Beach. The property has no neighbours behind, and you are surrounded with fully mature trees. An underground sprinkler keeps the lawn lush and green.There is a good sized garden beside the paved 9 car driveway.

The home is a raised bungalow with brick and vinyl exterior, 3 bedroom , 2 bathrooms. Great home for a young family as there is very little traffic on the street. Among the dunes there are plenty of hiking trails to discover nature and a spectacular variety of wildlife like deer, wild turkey, porky pines, ducks, foxes, squirrels and cute little, chipmunks that will eat out of your hand.  Across the road is a toboggan hill for children and those of us like children to enjoy. For the skidoo enthusiast the OFSC trails are directly behind the property.  This unique residence is equally suited for the mature couple who enjoy the peace and quite after a long day at work.

The upper level has been totally updated. Upon entering, you are welcomed with new Berber carpeting leading up and down the stairs. Ceramic tile is on the foyer floor, continues at the top of the stairs, goes into the kitchen, then down the hall into the bathroom. Doors have been changed to the colonial type with matching trim. Electrical has been changed to decor style switches and plugs.  Red Cedar laminate in the living-room aMD dining-room. Another handy feature is an enclosed deck off the kitchen, open your sliding doors, step onto the 8'x16' deck and drop your steaks and burgers on the gas BBQ. Attached to the main deck is a 5'x16' lower deck. It is very relaxing to set up some lawn chairs to watch the stars at night or catch some sun during the day.

    The bedrooms are not only great sizes but have very adequate closets in them. Master is 13'6"x16'6" with 2 closets, 2nd bedroom same size as first with one  closet. 3rd bedroom is 12'6"x 12'x6" with a very deep closet. The main electrical service is 200 amp with a separate 100 amp panel  located in the garage for extra power for the hobbyist or skilled trades person to make use of. Central air, central vac are convienent also features in this comfortable, practical home.
