This house is a must see, full of loving character with beautiful updates!!

Looking at the house from the outside it looks much like a gingerbread house, but once you step inside it's true boldness and space awaits. It's "zen" colours and vaulted ceilings make it's presence very welcoming and spacious. The light exudes from this property accentuated by a beautiful sunroom overlooking a professionally landscaped garden, backed only by other backyards with mature trees for breezes and shade in the hot summer (also cooled by central air).

Original characteristics like the rounded front door, frosted glass, and stained glass in the front vestibule are hard to come by in model houses, you can truly feel at home when you enter this house.

The upstairs bathroom has been newly redone in the past 3 years with very high ceilings. There is a walkout from the 2nd floor onto the roof above the sunroom, loadbearing and potentially a space to build on a patio or another room in the future.
