Owner's comments

Pretty condo on the 3rd floor in Gatineau's hospital neighbourhood. Opened concept. The dining room and the living room are giving towards south-east and have a lot of natural light. The street is very quiet and the condo is at the center of the roundabout.

No carpet, the laminated floors were done in 2007. Two large bedrooms, including one with a walk-in closet. Wood fireplace, laundry room and storage space in the condo. The large outside balcony was completely redone in 2008. The roof of the building was redone in 2003. One parking space is included.

Close to commodities (public transport, kindergarten, schools, hospital, pharmacy, supermarket).

Included: dishwasher, blinds, two stools, window air conditioner, fixtures.
