Selling property privately is a growing reality now. ByTheOwner.com has all the necessary tools that one needs to sell their property privately i.e. excellent service, good signs, good expose, print sheets, history sale prices, legal documents... etc. My experience is that you need to have a little patience, faith, good price, and most importantly not to get distracted by overwhelming soliciting from realtors. Those would try their best to convince you otherwise, by knocking on your door, calling in disguise, spam e-mails, and all sorts of tact's. In reality, only one rule prevails that is "PRICE ATTRACTS THE BUYER". I did some advertisement in local circulation and other free media. It is a great rewarding learning experience. The people coming to see the house were very interested. I am very happy that my buyer really likes every thing about the home and was very positive to buy it.
